Southern Theatre is proud to present The Festival of New Drama at 7:30 p.m. April 29 – May 4, 2013, in Bud Walton Theatre.

• On April 29 and May 2, Lez-Be-Honest, Recovery, and 60 Seconds: GO will be performed.
• On April 30 and May 3, Head 2 Head and Meet Me Half Way will be performed.
• On May 1 & May 4, Yard Sale and Belief will be performed.

The Festival of New Drama is a time for theatre student directors to take center stage with this eclectic program of student-written and directed short plays. There will be seven short plays throughout the six night long festival: Belief, directed by Ariel Horton; Head 2 Head, by Moose Leighton; Yard Sale, directed by Dawn Leiser; Lez-be-Honest, directed by Abigail Railsback; Recovery, directed by Lucretia Baker; 60 Seconds: GO, directed by Devri Brock; and Meet Me Half Way, directed by Trenten Henderson.

All plays may include adult language and situations and are for mature audiences only.

Belief cast includes: Stephen Schiavo, Samuel Austin, Julie Wengert, Sam Hydar, and Haley Sawyers.

Head 2 Head cast includes: Todd Manley, Scott Yates, McKenzie Warren and Bren Bennett.

Yard Sale cast includes: Shelley Keezer, Kelsey Hale, Brenda Jackson, Colton Brandenbury, Zach Bradley and Hunter Dowell.

Lez-Be-Honest cast includes: Hunter Dowell, Samantha Green, Meg Berrian, Gabi Houlihan and Dominique Spina.

Recovery cast includes: Ann Lile, Mollie Sanders and Dan Williams.

60 Seconds: GO cast includes: Taylor Haddad, Bren Bennett, Gabi Houlihan, Jimmy Zerkel, Nicholas Gilmore, Dominique Spina, Kaitey Hembree and Alex Deer.

Meet Me Half Way cast includes: Jimmy Zerkel, Shane Hammond, Clint DeNisco and Trenten Henderson.

There is no admission charge; seating is first come, first served.

Tickets will be available at the door from 6:30–7:30 p.m.
