The range of ages that we see in the workforce today are becoming greater and you may find yourself frustrated by a colleague’s old way of doing business or their use of technology to do business over a face to face conversation.
The MSSU SBTDC and Insights program at Southwest Missouri Bank are hosting the annual Women’s Leadership Conference with guest speaker Jennifer Yazell of Golden Egg Communications.
Jennifer will help you to understand why we cannot afford to ignore the generational diversity within our workplaces discussing the topic of “Communicating and Understanding Generations in the Workplace Today.”
What does Jennifer say about this topic?
“This is the most creative, innovative, scary, fast-moving, fun, exciting, difficult, problem-solving, challenging time to be in business today. Regardless of what generation someone is, or other stereotypes that we let get in the way, we will need a lot of smart, flexible people of all generations to keep us moving towards the goal post. It might be up to YOU to help them all understand each other and collaborate, so attend this workshop to learn how to do it better!”
