The Little Lion Art Show, featuring the works of MSSU Child Development Center students, will take place from, 5:30 – 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 22 on the Missouri Southern campus. The show be held on the main floor of the Spiva Library at MSSU.

The children, all between the ages of three and five, are students in the CDC’s Wee Lions and Lions classrooms.  The theme of the art show is “Fall.”

Students have produced five individual pieces of art and one collaborative piece to place on display.

The Little Lions Art Show was organized by College Heights pre-school art teacher Aubrey Wheeler.

The show is a collaborative project between the Art Education class at Missouri Southern and the MSSU Child Development Center.

Funding for this collaborative effort was provided by the Missouri Southern Alumni Association and the office of Missouri Southern Interim President Dr. Alan Marble.
