Voted 2014’s Best Variety Performer by Campus Activities Magazine, Jones has become known as one of the most energetic performers on the college market. In 2013, he was the runner up for the magazine’s Best Rising Star award.

“Our Campus Activities Board considered several different hypnotists for this semester,” said Landon Adams, director of student activities. “Ultimately, the choice was clear that Chris was the perfect guy to bring to campus.”

The event, sponsored by the Campus Activities Board, is free and open to the public. CAB will give away free “I Saw Chris Jones Live at MSSU” T-shirts to the first 100 MSSU students who present a valid student ID at the event.

The Campus Activities Board is comprised of volunteer students who work throughout the school year with the Student Activities Office. CAB not only makes recommendations for what events to host on campus, but also helps to facilitate and advertise those events.

Accommodations related to a disability should be made to Landon Adams in Student Activities Office at 417-625-9669 at least 72 hours prior to the events. Any additional questions regarding this event should also be directed to the office.
