A crash course in technical entrepreneurship for researchers, students and alumni will be offered at 4 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 31, in Plaster Hall’s Cornell Auditorium.
Dr. Bonnie Bachman Misty House will be on hand to discuss the National Science Foundation’s I-Corps program. Offered by Missouri Southern’s Small Business & Technology Development Center, their program focuses on identifying valuable product opportunities that can emerge from academic research. Participants can also gain skills through training in customer discovery and guidance from established entrepreneurs.
The free session is open to the public.
