The Missouri Southern Athletics Department has announced two upcoming events that are open to the public.
A fish fry to benefit the men’s basketball program will be held at 5:30 p.m. Friday, Oct. 20, at Kamo Ranch in Mulberry, Kan. Fans can get a chance to enjoy great food, including fresh fish and Chicken Annie’s dishes, as well as soft drinks and other refreshments.
There will be bounce houses for the kids and a fireworks show after the meal. Tickets are $100 per plate and children are free. To RSVP, Register Here.
Fans can also rub elbows with former Lion Hall of Fame football player Rod Smith as the former Denver Bronco will host a brunch on campus and debut his new book “The Rod Effect.”
The event will take place from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at the North End Zone Facility Cost is $50 and will include a meal and an autographed copy of Rod’s book. To RSVP for the event, Register Here.
