Omicron Delta Kappa to host annual coat drive

The Golden Crest Circle of Omicron Delta Kappa is set to begin their 10th annual One Warm Coat Drive on Wednesday, Nov. 1.

Clean, reusable coats, jackets and other warm clothing will be collected. All sizes are welcome. Donations will be distributed to those in need by the Joplin Boys and Girls Club and Watered Gardens.

Clean, gently used coats can be delivered to the blue boxes in Billingsly Student Center, the Criminal Justice Building, the León Health Sciences Building, Hearnes Hall, Kuhn Hall, Leggett & Platt Athletic Center, Plaster Hall, Reynolds Hall, Reynolds Annex, Spiva Library, Student Life Center, Taylor Education, the Taylor Performing Arts Center and Webster Hall. Donation boxes will also be offered in Southwest Missouri Bank locations at 4000 E. Seventh St. and 2530 N. Range Line Road, and at Victory Ministry & Sports Complex, 3405 Hammons Blvd.

The National Leadership Honor Society chapter will continue the coat drive through Nov. 30.
