Annual performance reviews and employee evaluations are a key component of professional development.
During this month’s supervisor training – scheduled for 3 p.m. Tuesday, April 16 – attendees will learn about Southern’s annual performance review process and insights in how to make the most of these opportunities to build employee engagement and departmental effectiveness.
Do you know what to do if there was an active shooter on campus? What if you encountered a potentially violent situation?
During this month’s Brown Bag training, participants will learn about ALICE, a leading training solution to increase one’s odds of survival during a violent intruder attack, and Green Dot, Southern’s bystander intervention and prevention program.
A beef Philly buffet lunch will be provided. Reservations are required by Thursday, April 11.
