hardyPueblo, Colo. — Missouri Southern junior jumper Whitney Hardy earned All-American honors in the final day of the 2013 NCAA Division II Outdoor Track and field Championships hosted by Colorado State – Pueblo.

Hardy cleared a height of 5-08.75 to top her personal best by three quarters of an inch. She placed eighth to earn her first All-American honor.

In other action today, Kylie Cornman placed 11th in the shot put with a distance of 45-03.75.

In all, the Lions had three individuals in four events pick up All-American status. Brittani Reagan was an All-American in the long jump and the triple jump. Kaylee Morgan was an All-American in the long jump and Hardy in the high jump.
