Missouri Southern will remain the most affordable four-year public institution of higher learning in the State of Missouri, despite a recent tuition adjustment.
At its meeting on Friday, Feb. 15, the Board of Governors of Missouri Southern State University approved an increase in tuition that will take effect this fall.
The increase equates to $45 per semester for a full-time student.
The Board approved an increase of $3.72 per credit hour for in-state students, bringing tuition to $173.20 per credit hour.
The hike amounts to a 2.2 percent increase.
“This represents an excellent value for our students,” said Rod Anderson, a member of the MSSU Board
