Elizabeth Spencer, a 2014 graduate of Missouri Southern, was honored during the recent Associated Collegiate Press/College Media Association convention in Philadelphia, Penn.
Elizabeth Spencer was recognized for her story on three Southern students whose grandfather received the Medal of Honor.
During the convention held Oct. 29-Nov. 2, Spencer was awarded third place in the College Media Association’s Pinnacle Awards category for best multimedia package.
