Joplin, MO (SNS) – Concerns about air quality in the Joplin region are discussed with Joplin Health Department Director Dan Pekarek during the upcoming “Newsmakers” interview program.
The interview focuses on efforts by the Four States Clean Air Alliance to develop an action plan regarding air quality. Concerns include the region potentially being out of compliance with ozone level regulations.
The program will air next week on KGCS at the following times:
Sunday, Jan. 18 – 5:30 p.m.
Monday, Jan. 19 – 5:30 p.m.
Tuesday, Jan. 20 – 5:30 p.m.
Thursday, Jan. 21 – 5:30 p.m.
