Joplin, MO (SNS) – A brown bag session on public relations ideas and tips for small business will be offered at noon on Wednesday, March 4, in the first floor meeting room of the Joseph Newman Innovation Center, 407 S. Pennsylvania Ave.

Walk-in counseling for members of the business community will be available from 1 to 4 p.m. in the Plaster School of Business Outreach Center, also on the first floor of the Newman Innovation Center. The counseling sessions are available on a first come, first served basis.

The Missouri Southern State University Small Business and Technology Development Center is part of a nationwide network of SBDC programs and is affiliated with and supported by the Robert W. Plaster School of Business. The local center was established in April 1987 and proudly serves Jasper, Newton, Barton, Lawrence, Cedar, Dade, McDonald, and Vernon counties in Southwest Missouri.
