Esther Easter has been named the new general manager for Sodexo at Missouri Southern.
Easter is a native of Moline, Ill. She attended Oakwood University where she began her career with Sodexo. Before rejoining the company she was assistant general manager for Union College in Lincoln, Neb., and general manager at Indiana Academy in Cicero, Ind.
She is responsible for the overall strategic planning and direction of University Dining Services at MSSU. This includes overseeing the dining and retail managers, as well as the employees at each of those locations. Easter will work closely with the campus administration to ensure that Sodexo dining standards are met and implemented along with ensuring that the dining experience offered is relevant and engaging to students and the campus community.
