The Campus Activities Board will offer three screenings of the Oscar-nominated film “American Sniper.”
It will be screened at 2:30 and 6:30 p.m. Thursday, April 16, and at 7 p.m. Friday, April 17, in Phelps Theatre.
Starring Bradley Cooper, the film is based on the true story of U.S. Navy SEAL Chris Kyle, who served four harrowing tours of duty in Iraq and faced a different kind of battle on the home front. The movie is rated R.
Admission is free and open to the public. Candy and drinks will be provided.
