Stephanie Hopkins, director of the Student Success Center, and Debbie Fort, an academic skills specialist, will be presented with the award during the NCLCA National Conference next month in Milwaukee, Wis. Recent award winners have included websites for Clemson University, the University of Central Florida, the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and the University of Oklahoma.

“We are very honored to receive this prestigious award,” said Hopkins. “Winning the Website Excellence Award means the world to us because we have been judged by our peers. These are professionals in the field of learning assistance who completely understand what we do on a daily basis. They’ve looked at our website and let us know that what we’re doing is right.

“Also, it means a lot to us because of the partnership with another campus office. The Student Success Center, along with University Relations & Marketing, worked together as a team to create a wonderful new website. We could not be more proud.”
