The Campus Activities Board will screen “Southpaw” at 2:30 and 6:30 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 19, and 6:30 p.m. Friday, Nov. 20, in Phelps Theatre.
Starring Jake Gyllenhaal and Rachel McAdams, the film is the story of boxer Billy “The Great” Hope, who is the reigning middleweight champ when tragedy strikes and sends him to rock bottom. He begins training with a former boxer to reclaim everything he lost. It is rated R.
