Thanks again to everyone who helped us win our first university-wide minigame! 
Our GGOE training is well underway. Currently we have our first two modules (Introduction & Finance) available on Blackboard. Upcoming training modules are Minigames, Huddles and MOSOlutions. We will announce these modules as they become available.
Because everyone can now review our financial scoreboards online, it would be great if we began to measure non-financial elements such as retention, re-enrollment and graduation rates, etc. Last semester, many units on campus reported measurements. This practice is encouraged because we can’t monitor change if we don’t measure what we want to change.
To that end, every unit on campus should continually ask the following questions:
- What metric defines winning in our unit?
- What are the drivers of that metric?
- What can we do differently to win more (create a minigame!)?
