Featuring four distinct learning tracks, the two-day Southern Summit event planned for Nov. 7-8 will offer more than 24 educational sessions designed to engage and educate.
The four learning tracks are Retention, Traditional Alternatives, Leadership and Workplace Hacks. Employees can follow one track or mix and match sessions.
New this year will be four, hour-long Town Hall Meetings. Each meeting will focus on a specific topic and be moderated by a member of the campus community. Topics featured include employee engagement, retention efforts, community outreach and campus culture.
