Literary Lions to read Price’s ‘Visual Autobiography’

This fall, the Literary Lions will read “I Like What I Know: A Visual Autobiography” by Vincent Price.

Known for his roles in horror films such as “House of Wax,” “The Pit and the Pendulum” and “The Abominable Dr. Phibes,” Price also had a deep appreciation for art. The book, published in 1959, includes stories about his art collection, his advocacy for the visual arts and his acting career.

Meeting dates will be Oct. 3, 17 and 24 on the first floor of Spiva Library. Cost to participate is $25, or $15 for members of Friends of the Library.
