The Board of Governors at Missouri Southern State University will meet at 1 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 16, in the Billingsly Student Center Boardroom.
An agenda is included in the attached meeting packet.
Prior to the meeting, the board’s Academic Affairs Committee will meet at 11:30 a.m. in BSC 343; the Budget Audit Committee will meet at the same time in BSC 356.
The board will meet in closed session at the conclusion of the meeting. It is closed under:
RSMo 610.021 (3) Hiring, firing, disciplining or promoting of particular employees by a public governmental body when personal information about the employee is discussed or recorded
RSMo 610.021 (11) Specifications for competitive bidding, until either the specifications are officially approved by the public governmental body or the specifications are published for bid
RSMo 610.021 (12) Sealed bids and related documents, until the bids are opened; and sealed proposals and related documents or any documents related to a negotiated contract until a contract is executed, or all proposals are rejected.
