“EQ & You: Customer Service with Care,” a Cigna EAP webcast, will be offered at 1 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 26, in BSC 343. Attendees will learn about the role emotions play in creating connections and improving customer service interactions. Learn communications skills that help you partner with customers and explore how to resolve conflict while keeping your cool.

The next First Friday IT Hack is set for 2 p.m. Friday, March 6, in BSC 356.

Members of Southern’s IT Department will explore hot topics impacting technology on campus. Those attending will learn about pending campus-wide updates, two-factor authentication, upcoming changes to student accounts and more. An informal Q&A will also be offered to explore any other questions and potential First Friday IT Hack topics.
