The Center for Entrepreneurship at Missouri Southern is seeking entries for a virtual pitch competition.
Students can submit a 3- to 5-minute video for a product or service which will be evaluated by a panel of judges, said Ken Surbrugg, the center’s director.
“The pitch can be for whatever you want it to be, as long as you identify a customer problem and how you’re going to solve that problem,” he said. “Be as creative as you’d like. The judges will be from local businesses or affiliated with Missouri Southern.”
The winning entry will receive $350, with $150 for second place. Submissions must be sent to mosotrep@mssu.edu by 5 p.m. Wednesday, April 7.
Any questions may also be directed to the center’s email address.
