An “attitude of gratitude” can enrich and empower you.

During this month’s brown bag training – “Power of Gratitude” – attendees will discover what science says about the benefits of gratitude, explore simple ways to incorporate gratitude into everyday routines and learn how gratitude can help overcome challenges.

The session is set for noon Friday, March 18 in Room 341 of Billingsly Student Center and via an on-demand webcast. Lunch will be provided for both in-person and online attendees.
