The Board of Governors at Missouri Southern State University will meet at 1 p.m. Friday, March 11, in Billingsly Student Center’s Connor Ballroom.
Prior to the meeting, the Budget Audit Committee will meet at 11:15 a.m. in the ballroom, followed by the Academic Affairs Committee at 11:45 a.m. Dr. Katie Kilmer, assistant professor of biology and environmental health, will provide a presentation on the university’s beehives during the board members’ lunch at 12:15 p.m.
Following the open board meeting, members will meet in closed session under:
RSMo 610.021(1): Legal actions, causes of action or litigation involving a public governmental body and any confidential or privileged communications between a public governmental body or its representatives and its attorneys; and
RSMo 610.021(3): relating to hiring, firing, disciplining or promoting of particular employees by a public governmental body when personal information about the employee is discussed or recorded.
