A new online form has been created to improve the efficiency of Southern’s staff performance evaluation process.
All campus personnel involved in performance evaluations are invited to attend a performance evaluation training session focusing on the evaluation process, including a step-by-step demonstration using the new online form. The training will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, April 21, via Microsoft Teams.
The digital form mirrors previous classified and professional staff paper forms and was developed to allow both supervisors and staff the opportunity to enter and review comments and training details before submitting the electronic document to HR for final processing.
