Email reporting will be the focus of the next First Friday IT Hack, set for 2 to 3 p.m. Friday, May 6, via Microsoft Teams.
The session will be facilitated by Shakira Gammill, cyber security analyst. Attendees will learn about the “Report Message” feature in Outlook and how to report messages for phishing or mark them as junk. Users will learn the difference between the two, as well as what happens to your message after it is reported.
