The Board of Governors at Missouri Southern State University will meet at 1 p.m. Thursday, June 9, in the Billingsly Student Center Boardroom (BSC 310).

FY22 May 22 Financial Statements
Prior to the board meeting, there will be a closed meeting of the Personnel and Compensation Committee at 10:30 a.m. in BSC 343. The Academic Affairs Committee will meet at 11:30 a.m. in BSC 356, while the Budget Audit Committee will meet at 11:30 a.m. in the same location.
Following the open board meeting, members will meet in closed session under:
RSMo 610.021(1): Legal actions, causes of action or litigation involving a public governmental body and any confidential or privileged communications between a public governmental body or its representatives and its attorneys; and
RSMo 610.021(3): relating to hiring, firing, disciplining or promoting of particular employees by a public governmental body when personal information about the employee is discussed or recorded.
